They actually work! I start giving them to my boys about an hour before bed time and give them a dose every 15 minutes. I notice a huge difference when I don't give them the calms forte. They sleep longer and more soundly when I do give it to them. It is safe and natural and there are no side effects that I can see. He is 18 months old and an avid dreamer. At first this was not apparent as to the issue with his waking up crying/yelling, but as he began talking, he would wake up crying and yelling random things, that he must have been dreaming about. It's gentle and helps him unwind. 1 of 2 found this review helpful: Not what I expected., 2007-11-17 My 3 yr old son has been experiencing insomnia & I wanted to find a natural way to assist him to fall asleep & reset his "sleep clock". I could not get him to take melatonin or the Calms Forte tablets directly. The only way I could use these was to crush them & sneak them into his milk. This method of delivery may be the case why these tablets had no affect on my son. 1 of 1 found this review helpful: great product, fabulous price, 2007-09-29 these have been a lifesaver for me with my restless toddler. no side effects just miraculously restful nights, no more screaming terrors in the middle of the night. could be hoodoo for all I care. they work. they are very expensive in the store, you get 4 bottles here for the price of 2 elsewhere.
