After a few nights of "experimentation" I'm ready to write a review. First of all the package says to drink 1 hour before bedtime. I find this works much faster (perhaps psychosomatically) - within 15 minutes I'm almost groggy, and clumsy on my feet. Now I save it and drink it in the bathtub just prior to bedtime. This product does have a rather unpleasant taste, much the same as any product that uses artificial sweetener. Drink some water afterwards or brush your teeth and you won't notice it. I also notice dry-mouth in the morning. Not sure if that's from this product or just the general state of my health. I get dry mouth from Ambien and from Advil PM, also, but on nights when I take no sleep enhancer, I don't notice it in the morning. The chocolate flavor is very much like chocolate Slim-Fasts. But this is a good product which does what it says. I don't want to always have to take a drug so I thought I'd try Dreamerz. Amazing! Worked like a charm! I tried my first Dreamerz drink last night after struggling to get to sleep only to wake up numerous time throughout the night for over a week. I fell asleep quickly, remaining asleep all night! Heated it for about a minute in the microwave. It was a rich, creamy, slightly thick chocolate drink. Quite tasty! I woke up this morning with no grogginess or sluggishness that can come after taking a sleep aid. It's just wonderful! I havent done that in MONTHS. What a miracle worker, I'm buying 2 cases now. It tastes delicious, like regular chocolate milk, and I'd like to try other flavors too. I received a sample of this product/flavor (yum!) at a trend show. I decided to open it up when I got home and try it. I heated it in the microwave for about a minute--checked my e-mails--and got ready for bed. Within about 40 minutes I started to feel nicely drowsy. Not "heavy-headed"--just a nice "drifting off to sleep" kind of drowsy. I ended up drinking this a little late--so I only got to sleep for 5 hours (since I had to wake up for work)--but I didn't wake up groggy.
