Once this wrap is all nice and toasty and I sit down I slide the pack down my back and lean back on my chair. I honestly do not feel any back pain for hours until I stand. I use it at times on my hips when laying down and it does help some. I am sure anyone who has pain will try anything to be pain free. this product is a winner and I am considering purchasing a second one to use against my hip while seated. After some time she seemed much more relaxed after using this product. It worked great for her. It even comes in a bag with handles. I think my mom will be taking this everytime she travels.
